depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed individually by each supplier.

  • Typical processing times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the supplier.

  • Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping timelines depend on the supplier's location and chosen shipping method:

    • Domestic Suppliers: 3–7 business days

    • International Suppliers: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal surges.

💲 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated per supplier based on origin, package dimensions, and weight.

  • Some suppliers may offer free shipping—this will be shown at checkout.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

📍 Multiple Shipments

  • Orders containing items from different suppliers may be shipped separately.

  • You will receive individual tracking numbers and delivery schedules for each package.​

Return Policy

🔁If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,

LCA Creative gladly accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In the original condition received

    • In the original packaging

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
    ➤ Please email us at LCA Creative to request an RMA.

  • Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Please allow 15–21 business days for return processing and refund issuance.
